Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, paying a membership or renewal fee, or using any part of the Wisdom Vault platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by ourPrivacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or use the platform.

2. The Service

Wisdom Vault is a premium learning platform that provides access to learning content, guides, premium packs, sponsored earning tasks and a referral program. We may add, change or remove features at any time, and we will do our best to give you reasonable notice of significant changes.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering, and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that happens under your account.
• You may only hold one account. Creating multiple or duplicate accounts is not allowed.
• You confirm you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian.

4. Membership & Payment

Wisdom Vault is a paid membership service. You agree to pay the applicable registration and renewal fees shown on the platform. Access to paid content and earning features continues only while your membership is active and your payment has been verified. Failure to pay a renewal fee may result in loss of access until the fee is paid. All fees are non-refundable once paid. By paying any fee you confirm that you have read these Terms and understand and accept that the fee is non-refundable.

5. Referral Program

The referral program rewards you when you refer new members. Bonuses are paid only when the referred member completes registration and meets any eligibility requirements shown on the platform. Bonuses are not guaranteed and may be withheld or reversed if the referred account is found to be fraudulent, a duplicate, or created to abuse the program. Self-referrals and referral fraud are strictly prohibited and may lead to forfeiture of all bonuses and termination of your account.

6. Earnings & Withdrawals

Earnings from referrals, sponsored tasks and other rewards are credited to your wallet when they become eligible. Withdrawals are subject to our fees, minimums and verification procedures, which we may update from time to time. We do not guarantee any level of earnings — all earning opportunities depend on activity, eligibility and program rules.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Create fraudulent, fake or duplicate accounts, or use the platform with stolen or unauthorised payment details.
• Engage in spam, harassment, or any activity that harms other users or the platform.
• Scrape, copy or redistribute platform content, pricing or member data without permission.
• Attempt to access accounts, systems or data you are not authorised to access.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of local laws (including Malawian law).

8. Content & Intellectual Property

All content on the platform — including courses, guides, ebooks, videos and designs — is the property of Wisdom Vault or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may use content for your own personal learning only. You may not resell, redistribute or share access to paid content.

9. Consent

By registering you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Your consent and the date it was given are recorded on your account. If you withdraw consent, we may need to close your account.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, abuse the platform or the referral program, or if required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. On termination for breach, unpaid bonuses may be forfeited.

11. No Guarantee of Income

Wisdom Vault provides earning opportunities, but we do not promise, guarantee or warrant any specific level of earnings, referral results or return on your membership fee. Any figures shown on the platform or in marketing materials are illustrative only.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wisdom Vault and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of earnings, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date above and, where practical, notify you. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
